Pennsylvania firm Lehigh Nanotech LLC will receive $150,000 to increase production of a patented product that cleans contaminated groundwater and soil, according to the latest round of funding announced by Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Lehigh Nanotech’s liquid product, named NanoFe, is made of tiny iron particles. It is designed to provide better, quicker and more cost-effective cleanup than traditional remediation technologies.
